The Multi-Protein Strawberry + Carnitine from Supperera is a food supplement with a very high protein content (85%) and low fat.

The different proteins contained in Supperera Multi-Protein:

Milk protein
From organically pastured cattle, spray-dried, which contributes to the special creaminess and great flavor when mixed with liquid.

Soy protein concentrate

Chicken egg white

Chemical Score
The Chemical Score determines the protein quality of a food.
For this purpose, eggs (more precisely: the amino acids they contain) are compared.
The Chemical Score (according to WHO/FAO) compares only a single amino acid—the one that is present in the least amount (relative to the egg) in the respective product/food. This amino acid is often called the "limiting" amino acid.

Which amino acid this is depends on the food or product in question.
An egg has a chemical score of 100.
In comparison, wheat, for example, has a CS of 42.
The chemical score for Supperera Multi-Protein is > 150.

However, the CS does not say anything about the digestibility of a protein.
However, in protein metabolism it is crucial for the production of proteins that all amino acids are present in sufficient quantities.
If this isn't the case, even with a seemingly high protein consumption, the body will have only a small amount of protein available (which it can produce from it). This inevitably leads to muscle loss, among other things.
Only by using different proteins (hence "multi-protein") can it be ensured that the amino acids contained are all present in sufficient quantities in relation to each other.

One serving also contains a full 2.5% microencapsulated carnitine. Microencapsulation ensures that the quality of the carnitine can be guaranteed even beyond the expiration date. Furthermore, microencapsulation ensures slower release in the intestine, which can improve absorption.
Supperera contains the unique additive Bacillus Coagulans GBI30 6086, which contributes to the significantly improved absorption of the proteins it contains.
