• The guarantee is only valid once per product per person.

• Products found in the "Vouchers" and "Self-Tests" categories are excluded from this guarantee; however, the 14-day right of return still applies in full.

• Subscriptions and MHD goods that are marked as such are also excluded from this guarantee.

• You will receive the money back either as a voucher or using the payment method used when ordering - whichever you prefer.

When contacting us, please provide your order number and the name of the product for which you would like to claim the warranty. Please do not return any products to us unsolicited.
