Do you also deliver to a packing station or post office?
Yes, in Germany (other countries not possible). If the package is to be delivered to a DHL Packstation (one-time, free registration with DHL required) , please Packstation address as delivery address (NOT as billing address) indicate.
If the package is sent to a Deutsche Post branch If the parcel is to be delivered, this is only possible if you have previously registered with DHL for a Packstation. Using the "postal number" you receive, parcels can then be delivered to both Packstations and post offices.
In both cases, please always include your postal customer number in the delivery address.
To do so, simply select the function during the ordering process:

How should shipments be addressed to the Packstation?
When ordering your parcels, please always include your personal postal code and the number of the desired Packstation, in addition to your name. Also, the postal code and location of the respective Packstation:
Max Mustermann -> Your name
7654321 -> Your postal number in your customer account
Packstation 123 -> Packstation with number (in the field street and house number)
12345 Musterdorf -> Postcode and location of the Packstation
Many online retailers provide appropriate input fields for the postal code and Packstation number for deliveries to a Packstation. If this isn't the case, simply enter your address as a separate delivery address.
You are not restricted to a specific packing station, but are completely free to choose any packing station for each parcel.
Important: If the full name and postal code are not clearly assigned to the same customer account, the courier will unfortunately not be able to place the shipment in the Packstation. Therefore, deliveries to family members using the same postal code are not possible!
